<p>Back on track with my resistance training after about 10 days off to be sure I was not injuring a muscle. </p>
<p>Maintaining my diet with limited sugar plus trying one meal a day as I can. A student here all week makes this difficult but over all, I just don&#8217;t feel as hungry. Scale drops and then gains but each day I feel more fit and my brain&hellip;</p>

But my change in determination has been in my understanding the mechanisms of metabolism that are being unraveled almost every day.
